Mental Health Nurse
Today we are looking at the Definitions of :Health,Mental Health and Mental Illness. Health refers to the state of complete physical, mental and social well and not merely in absence of infirmity or disease. This same definition can again be used to define Mental Health. This is according to the World Health Organizations. In Mental Health ,a person's behavior can provide clues to one's Mental Health Status. In short mental health it's self is a state of emotional, psychological, and social wellness evidenced by satisfying interpersonal relationships, effective behavior and copying, positive self concept, and emotional stability. So any variations in that definition once they affect negatively the members in the surrounding let it be the family members or work place mates leads them to start doubting your mental status. Mental Illness is maladjustment in living. It's a disturbance /disharmony in the person's ability to meet human needs effectively or comfortably and function with in culture and norms expected of someone.
